I've been slacking on reporting on my temple trips/work lately. I haven't been to the temple to do work for the dead, only working every Wednesday from 10 am to 2 pm.
I take Mom with me every time, and she spends the day in the temple doing endowments, sealings, and initiatory work.
It's been a great few months. I worked on Wednesday, until August, then switched to Tuesdays.
Our temple presidency will change in September, and the new temple president will be John Porter from Porterville. He used to be our Stake President when Landon was a senior, and on his mission. It will be great to have him and his wife there. I don't know his counselors.
Something very very special happened on July 28th.
CJ and Tagg went to the temple and got their endowments !!
It was a beautiful time :) Our hope is that one day their entire family can go inside together and be sealed as an eternal family :)
Tagg began Home MTC on August 5th, and will leave for the Mexico City MTC in another week. He will stay there a month, then go to his mission in Fort Lauderdale Florida, speaking Spanish.
